eStation-HV35-5160
JD Energy introduces the eStation-HV35-5160, a converter-booster integrated unit designed as a superior alternative to traditional container solutions. It is fully compatible with energy storage container battery compartments, and can achieve millisecond-level response through a proprietary coordinated control platform, supporting diverse grid stabilization strategies.
(1) Refined Management: Separate management for each cluster, decoupled charging and discharging for each battery cluster, reducing fault effects to 1/24 of the original and enhancing system utilization.
(2) Enhanced Storage and Discharge: Zero parallel capacity loss rate over the entire lifecycle, with storage and discharge depth increased to 100%.
(3) Grid-Friendly: Meets all grid-related experimental requirements, supporting weak grid access and grid-constructing applications.
(4) High-Efficiency Design: The PCS achieve a maximum efficiency of 98.1%.
(5) Efficient Thermal Management: Adopts intelligent air duct design to effectively reduce PCS operating temperatures and extend the lifespan of power devices.

Long-Duration Energy Storage Product

Based on grid-forming technology, JD Energy has comprehensively upgraded the battery cells, BMS, PCS, and fire protection system, integrated photovoltaic components on top, and launched the new-generation long-duration energy storage product, eBlock-836, which is equipped with a 4-hour system. It enhances system efficiency and economic benefits while meeting grid-forming requirements, effectively supporting the low-carbon transformation of the power system.
(1) Long-Life Battery Cells: Applies high-quality, high-cycle-times LFP cells with over 10,000 cycles in 15 years.
(2) Grid-Forming String PCS: Refined management of single battery clusters, providing excellent grid performance and wide application.
(3) Integrated PV: can integrate 600W photovoltaic components on top, effectively reducing the self-consumption of energy storage stations.
(4) Active Safety System: Zoned safety isolation with 3-hour protection for cabinets. PACK-level fire protection and cabinet-level water immersion system ensure system safety and control.
(5) Efficient Thermal Management: Adopts an efficient liquid cooling system with a temperature difference of less than 2.5°C.

At the new product launch event, Ma Jinpeng, General Manager of Marketing at JD Energy, provided a brand new perspective on the "Starry Sky Plan": "The business model for commercial and industrial energy storage has become increasingly clear, primarily focusing on peak-valley arbitrage, demand management, PV-storage integration, and virtual power plants. Meanwhile, the rollout of energy storage subsidy policies across the country is accelerating the rapid development of commercial and industrial energy storage." In 2023, JD Energy capitalized on favorable opportunities to expedite its presence in the commercial and industrial energy storage market, securing the top spot in domestic shipments and ranking second globally in the user-side energy storage sector.
As the old saying goes, every step counts and every drop contributes to the ocean. Up to now, JD Energy has delivered over 400 user-side energy storage projects across more than 98 districts and counties, with one project operating for over 1,435 days. The largest single commercial and industrial project boasts a capacity of 226MWh, managing over 1.2 million battery cells. Remarkably, all commercial and industrial power stations have maintained a zero safety accident record. Through big data analysis, the commercial and industrial energy storage power stations operated by JD Energy have generally met expectations and satisfied investors' revenue requirements. Meanwhile, JD Energy can provide meticulous service throughout the entire lifecycle for its ecological partners, ensuring that the period from contract signing to product delivery is at most 15 days and the mean time to repair (MTTR) is less than 24 hours. In addition, JD Energy can provide free commercial general liability insurance to customers, taking precautions beforehand and ensuring customer benefits throughout the entire lifecycle.
