At 10:00 AM that day, JD Energy's new product launch event commenced as scheduled at Booth E3-560. The event was attended by over 300 guests in person and nearly 10,000 online viewers who shared in this moment of triumph. Unique Selling Point - The only small-scale machines in the industry with whole-station grid-forming capability.

(1) Functional Upgrading

The grid-forming energy storage technology, leveraging energy storage and power electronic converters, mimics or even surpasses synchronous machines in achieving voltage source external characteristics. Beyond balancing power and energy, grid-forming energy storage augments system inertia and short-circuit capacity, improves the short-circuit ratio of multiple new energy stations, and optimizes grid impedance characteristics. It effectively addresses the power-energy balance issues and stability challenges in new energy development, emerging as a pivotal technology for new power system construction. The eBlock-418 and eBlock-836 represent the industry's unique innovation in small-scale machines with whole-station grid-forming capability, underlining JD Energy's commitment to being a "leader in distributed energy storage."

With upgraded battery cells, the newly launched eBlock-418 and eBlock-836 replace 280Ah cells with 314Ah ones while maintaining the same dimensions. Calculations reveal a 12% increase in energy density, a 10% reduction in supporting costs, a 5% decrease in auxiliary power consumption, and a 5% decrease in LCOS.

User-side New Product:

(1) Economic Efficiency Enhancement

The battery cell's design of eBlock-230 has been upgraded. The battery cell configuration of eBlock-230 has been optimized from 16 to 32 cells, reducing the overall number of PACKs from 14 to 8. Calculations indicate a substantial increase in energy density, a 12% reduction in supporting costs, an 8% decrease in auxiliary power consumption, and a 3% increase in internal rate of return.

(2) Aesthetic Enhancement:

The sleek and elegant design has been refreshed, transitioning from double to single doors.

Residential Energy Storage New Product: eBlock-8KTL

JD Energy has globally launched its new residential energy storage product, tailored for the high-end residential-use market overseas. The core equipment comprises a battery pack (with BMS and DC/DC), a PV-storage inverter, and the eMind-Home control system, providing a comprehensive energy storage solution for overseas residential customers.

Innovatively incorporating long-lasting 314Ah battery cells, the system experiences minimal degradation and boasts an industry-leading energy density of 120Wh/kg.  

The independent pack-level energy management system facilitates mixed use of new and old batteries, eliminates the "bucket effect."

Compatible with residential-use photovoltaic systems, it supports a maximum input current of 20A and is adaptable to single- and double-sided PV modules.

Ensuring robust safety measures, the system physically isolates high and low battery voltages using DC/DC converters, complemented by thermal suppression units and active fire protection.

Rated IP66 for dust and waterproof performance, the equipment stands resilient against harsh environments.
