On December 12, Jinsheng Holding Group's user-side energy storage project, which was invested in, constructed, and delivered by JD Energy, was officially connected to grid. Boasting an installed capacity of 11MW/22MWh, this project stands as the largest user-side energy storage project utilizing distributed energy storage solutions that JD Energy has commissioned in East China. This project's successful grid connection and commissioning represent a significant milestone in JD Energy's application of distributed energy storage within the user-side domain.
To celebrate this notable achievement, JD Energy, in collaboration with Jinsheng Holding Group, held a grand ceremony to celebrate the grid connection and commissioning. The event was honored by the attendance of Guo Weiwei, Director of the Hangzhou Development and Reform Commission's Energy Management Service Center, Chen Youwen, Deputy Director of the Hangzhou Qiantang District Development and Reform Bureau, Shen Jian, Deputy General Manager of Zhejiang Jinsheng Holding Group Co., Ltd., and Du Jianrong, Chief Engineer of Zhejiang Cloud Carbon Technology Co., Ltd. The ceremony began with an opening speech by Ma Jinpeng, Deputy General Manager of Marketing at JD Energy: "With the country-wide issue of energy storage subsidy policies and the widening peak-to-off-peak price difference, commercial and industrial energy storage fulfills the investment return demands of all stakeholders in the industry ecological chain and significantly reduces enterprises' electricity costs. Jinsheng Holding Group's 11MW/22MWh user-side energy storage project marks JD Energy's largest distributed modular energy storage project on the user side in East China, setting a new record for both JD Energy and the industry. This project holds monumental significance for both JD Energy and Jinsheng. This project's grid connection and commissioning will alleviate electricity consumption load pressure during peak seasons at the end of the year, boost production capacity, and facilitate enterprises' green and low-carbon transformation. ”

JD Energy completed the project from shipment to grid connection in just 20 days, leading the industry in delivery speed. In the future, leveraging Zhejiang's peak-valley electricity pricing policies, this project will aid the company in reducing electricity costs and serve as a standby power source for production, enabling on-demand electricity usage and ensuring stable production. Simultaneously, it will facilitate the company's energy conservation, emission reduction, and green transformation.

JD Energy's Solutions: Undeterred by Challenges
This is a landmark project for JD Energy, featuring a construction scale of 11MW/22MWh and a total investment of approximately RMB 40 million, integrated into a 10KV high-voltage network. The project comprises three arrays, leveraging independent energy storage module technology and deploying 60 eBlock-372 products. Upon grid connection, it is anticipated to facilitate peak shaving and valley filling for the enterprise, with an annual average discharge of roughly 13.5 million kWh and an annual average total benefit of approximately RMB 11 million. Over a projected lifespan of 15 years, the cumulative discharge is estimated to reach approximately 202.5 million kWh, yielding a cumulative benefit of around RMB 165 million.
