Recently, Huayan No. 1 energy storage power station project delivered by JD Energy was successfully connected to the grid. With an installed capacity of 200MW/400MWh, the project is the world's largest grid-side distributed modular energy storage power station project, setting a new record for the application of JD Energy's distributed energy storage in the source and grid side.

Climb up the stairs and reach the top
Huayan 200MW/400MWh grid-side energy storage power station is located in Enhe Town, Zhongning County, Ningxia. The project adopts JD Energy's distributed modular intelligent energy storage system solution, with a total of 1,076 eBlock-372 products deployed. It is the world's largest grid-side distributed modular energy storage power station project. The successful grid connection marks another breakthrough in China's large-scale distributed energy storage power stations on the grid side.
After the project is completed, it will effectively improve the peak and frequency regulation capability of the local power system, reduce the abandonment of solar and wind power, and increase the proportion of clean energy consumption. At the same time, it will have a positive impact on promoting the renewable energy development and energy conservation and emission reduction.

Overcome difficulties and deliver efficiently
It took only 9 days from the power delivery from the booster station on December 22, 2023 to the successful full-capacity grid-connected delivery on December 30, 2023. The delivery speed once again broke the historical record of JD Energy product delivery. During the project delivery, members of the JD Energy engineering delivery team braved severe rain and snow and biting cold wind, overcame difficulties such as tight schedule and heavy task, and demonstrated the spirit of an iron army to complete various grid connection commissioning tasks efficiently and with high quality.
